Delia used a piece [[Lazy Rain]] at [[The Coloured Wall]]<ref>[[DD101229]]: Delia's handwritten notes for [[The Coloured Wall]]: &ldquo;Lazy rain [2 mins]&rdquo;.</ref> exhibition which opened on the 26th March 1968 and at the [[ICI Fashion Show]] on the 6th April 1967.

THe piece may have been inspired by one of the categories of clothing to be exhibited at the [[ICI Fashion Show]]: "Rainsuit".<ref>[[DD090339]] [[DD090352]]: ICI Fashion Show programme.</ref>
